Ken now has a small space on the main floor (14' ceilings) at Ken Clarke's "Hungry Thumbs Studio" located in Vancouver's notorious Downtown Eastside at the north end of Main Street - 233 Main. Ken Clarke is a sculptor (plaster, cement). Also in the 3700 foot space is Bruce Walther (mosaic, stained glass), Sue Greise (potter), and Steve Prudente (sculptor). All of these artists live up the street at CORE Artist Co-op on Alexander street, where Ken Gerberick lives.

Jen Merasty (mosaic) and Ross (sculptor) have spaces in Hungry Thumbs too.
